1. General All prices are quoted including 25% VAT. We reserve the right to final sales, incorrect prices and any typographical errors. When you place an order, an automatic order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. This confirmation is not considered a legally binding agreement.

2. Delivery For stocked goods, delivery takes place within 5–15 working days. During peak season, it may take longer. Order goods have a delivery time of 1–4 weeks. The estimated delivery time is stated on each product page. We always contact customers who have ordered order goods with an exact delivery notification. In case of deviations from normal delivery times or the information on our website, you will be informed in connection with the order confirmation. You then have the right to cancel or change your order.

3. Ordering via the Internet Add the desired items to the shopping cart and go to checkout. Follow the steps on the website to complete your order. If you have any questions, please contact us.

4. Price changes Prices are subject to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

5. Shipping Shipping fees are included in the total price. This does not include potential border taxes.

6. Payment options We offer the following payment options:

  • Klarna Checkout : A safe and flexible payment method where you choose the payment method that suits you best.
  • Bank/Credit Card (VISA & MasterCard) : Enter your card number and expiration date. All information is sent encrypted via SSL. We accept VISA and MasterCard without additional fees. Card payments are handled by Stripe.

7. Unclaimed packages Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of SEK 295.

8.(VERIFICAT) Exchanges & Returns – Money Back Guarantee You have the right to exchange or return an item within 14 days, provided that the item has not been used more than for size testing (when purchasing clothing). For a return shipping label, fill out the return form on our website. If the order value after the return is less than 1000 SEK, a shipping fee of 79 SEK will be charged. When changing sizes, the return is free, but when repurchasing, we charge a return fee of 99 SEK per shipment. 

9. Complaints If you discover a defective product, contact our customer service via email or chat. Please send your order number, pictures of the defective item and a description of the defect. Complaints must be made within two months of discovering the defect and we apply a 2-year right of complaint. We handle complaints in consultation with the product supplier, which may take some time.

10. Replacement delivery If an item is sold out or has been discontinued, we will in most cases offer an equivalent product.

11. Transport damage If you discover damage to the package when picking up from DHL, report it immediately to the agent. If damage is discovered later, take the entire shipment including packaging back to DHL to fill out a damage report.

12. International Customers When ordering from abroad, card payment may be the only available payment method. Please follow the instructions at checkout.

13. Distance Selling Act We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency’s guidelines according to the Distance Selling Act.

14. Law and disputes Disputes shall primarily be resolved in consultation with our customer service. If this is not possible, you as a customer can contact the Swedish National Complaints Board (ARN) or use the EU Commission’s platform for dispute resolution. We always follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies. Disputes are resolved in accordance with Swedish law.

15.(VERIFICAT) Open purchase We offer a 14-day open purchase on all goods, provided that they are in original condition and returned in original packaging.
